Supplementary relationship between the protein of sesame and Bengal gram, green gram and horse gram

Amino acid content of Bengal gram, green gram, horse gram and sesame flour was estimated. For 4 weeks Wistar rats 21 days old were fed on diets containing different amounts of pulses and sesame flour and a control group was fed on skimmed milk powder to provide 10% dietary protein.
