With the aim of knowing the individual and interactive effect of V. destructor and A. woodi on the weight and the longevity of worker bees, 588 bees were collected from four bee hives. These bees were weighed when emerging from their cells, their level of parasitism by V. destructor assessed (expressed as the number of deutonymph and adult females) and labelled on their dorsum for further individual records.
